DELIVERY AND RETURNS
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
We accept returns ONLY for Zodiac necklaces and bracelets (the ones that are made of just one type of gemstone). We do not accept returns for Necklace and Bracelet charts. Articles are accepted for return credit or exchange if returned in unworn, and in their original packaging within 20 days from the date the customer receives the order.

- Please note that if you don’t have proof of purchase, we’re unable to process a refund.
- Please note that all orders showing delivered status by the courier will be ineligible for a refund.
Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone from the date you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
And certain situations where no refund is granted :
- the item that was shipped to the address entered by the customer, but the latter made a mistake when filling in the form and therefore did not receive the order for reasons that are not attributable to us.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

CANCEL ORDER
If your order has not yet shipped, a cancellation request is possible.
If your order has already shipped, unfortunately cancelling your order would not be an option.
If you change your mind but your order has already been processed, you will need to return it to us in its original packaging (unused and unsealed) in order to receive a refund.
