GEMSTONE: we use certified grade-A gemstones. That is all-natural, cold to the touch, with unique patterns.

CARE: our Gold plated jewellery is water resistant. If you wish for a silver colour version, please write on the notes of the order that you wish for your necklace/bracelet to be in stainless steel.

We use tracked shipping directly from our jewelry-making workshops.

Since every piece is bespoke and custom, please give us up to 4 weeks for you to receive your order.

Our pieces come with a 1 year guarantee - if your necklace breaks, tarnishes, loses its shine.

We will replace it for you free of charge.

(This guarantee doesn't cover theft or it getting lost)
